Gill has supported the North East and North Cumbria across the Integrated Care System redesigning UEC services. This included designing and implementing a co-located UTC with ED and establishing a SDEC.
Undertaking a demand and capacity review of the 10 localities in Greater Manchester using the work of John Bolton to undertake a system balance review producing a detailed report of gaps within service provision and a prioritised action plan.
Clinical Lead for North London Primary Care Pathway review
Supported NHS Scotland with improving flow and ED performance at Queen Elizabeth in Glasgow with a focus on ED flow and establishing an Ambulatory Care Service
Undertook a review in Barnsley on behalf of NHSE to benchmark the UEC pathway for effectiveness
Supported NHS Plymouth Hospitals with UEC action plan following an external review
Development of a frailty unit in Wakefield Acute Trust.
Benchmarked the UEC system for Harrogate CCG providing recommendations and action plans ready for implementation.
Supported the implementation of agreed delivery plans within Stockport to improve flow
Undertook a UEC pathway review in County Durham and Darlington
Developed locally and nationally agreed policies and process, across the NCNE network
Facilitation of the annual winter planning debrief session for NCNE supporting the development of OPEL frameworks and winter plans and OPEL framework development and testing
Established regional, award winning surge and escalation management service developing tools and techniques to support escalation.
Workforce reduction review, recommended cross cutting reduction schemes , benchmark for agency and bank against peer Leeds Teaching Hospitals.

Sandra recently supported NHSE with the strategy for Women's Health Hubs;
Managed the Research Volunteer Register programme in partnership with NHSE and National Institute Healthcare Research;
